Now Hiring: Virtual Assistant – J&S Car Rentals (Full-Time)
J&S Car Rentals is one of the fastest-growing private car rental companies, managing a fleet of 13 economy vehicles . We rent through Instagram, Facebook Marketplace, Google, and paid Meta ads — and we’re looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to help us keep our vehicles booked, clients happy, and operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
Client & Investor Communication

Send and renew contracts for joint venture investors and rental clients

Follow up with clients to confirm extensions or returns

Send messages to potential clients and collect info if no vehicles are available

Manage waitlists for future bookings through our GoHighLevel website

Lead Management & Bookings

Respond to inquiries from Instagram, Facebook Marketplace, Facebook, and Google calls

Get available vehicles booked quickly and efficiently

Track all incoming leads via GoHighLevel

Operations & Reporting

Create monthly revenue reports for investors in spreadsheet format

Keep our fleet calendar up to date to maximize bookings

Join weekly Monday morning planning meetings

Social Media Support

Post daily to our Instagram & Facebook Stories using ---------- to create flyers and posts

Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in customer service, sales, or rental operations (preferred)
Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, Google, and messaging potential clients
Comfortable using GoHighLevel, spreadsheets, and Canva
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Must be able to work during US business hours

Role Details
Rate: $3–$4 USD/hour (depending on experience)
Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)
Hours: Full-Time, Monday–Saturday availability
