Ecommerce Operations Manager

Eva Naturals is a growing ecommerce skin care brand based in the US (Lafayette, LA)

This is an operations management position. What that means is that you would be managing the day to day operations of the business. This is a multifaceted role and will touch all areas of the organization, including supply chain, logistics, process creation and management. This will require the candidate to be able to effectively multitask, prioritize and execute numerous functions.

The Operations Manager will be expected to create and improve our systems, implement processes and procedures to help the company scale and stay organized. You will be expected to plan projects, then delegate to the proper personnel and find the tools needed to bring the project to completion.

This position is US based and a successful applicant would be able to work at least 4 hours of an 8 hour shift during working hours in a US CST Time Zone. This would be 4 hours from 8am to 5pm CST Monday - Friday. The other 4 hours could be worked at another time you choose, but we would request at least half the day during these hours so that we could collaborate on projects, have meetings etc..

Responsibilities
Own day to day Seller Central, Shopify & Walmart account management.
Work with internal teams for product research, supplier research, inventory management, listing creation, product images and more.
Help with planning, strategy, reporting and goal setting for each department.
Utilize multiple software tools for forecasting, task management, product metrics, analytics, research and more.
Monitor competitors and adjust approach to ensure position as a category leader.
Monitor all channels for product alerts, compliance issues, errors and more.
Troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Assist with conversion optimization and listing A/B tests.
Assist with legal ---------- ek out strategies we can employ for growth, i.e. new marketplaces, expansion, etc...
Build and manage a team.
Help create process documentation for operation i.e. SOP's, Wiki etc..


Education & Experience
3 Years Experience with Amazon Seller Central
Experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms
Demonstrated leadership in past roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
