About the Role
Start Date: Immediate (ASAP)
Trial Period: 1–2 weeks (training and evaluation phase to assess skills, communication, and consistency)
Type: Full-time, remote (Graveyard shift – Philippine time)
Core Responsibilities
You’ll assist in daily eCommerce operations across multiple online stores and platforms. Tasks include:
• Shopify / WooCommerce / Amazon support and maintenance
• Product listing, descriptions, and keyword optimization
• Content and market research
• Customer service and order management
• Website updates, admin tasks, and marketing support
• Basic creative work using Canva or similar tools
• ChatGPT-assisted workflows for copywriting, automation, and task efficiency
• Website Design
Once trained, you’ll handle assigned client accounts and projects independently, with performance bonus growth and promotions available.
Schedule
• Monday to Friday – Graveyard shift (PH time)
• Weekends off
Requirements
• Fast learner with a “figure it out” attitude
• Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
• Own laptop or desktop (non-negotiable)
• Stable, fast internet connection
• Clear communication and accountability
• Proactive, disciplined, and consistent
Bonus Experience (Not Required but Preferred):
• Shopify, Amazon, or WooCommerce management
• Canva / Adobe tools
• ChatGPT or AI tools for research and content
• Customer support or VA experience
We value attitude, hunger, and potential more than past experience.
Compensation & Growth
• Starting Rate: 150–170/hour (based on performance during training)
• Average Monthly Earnings: 25,000–35,000
• Monthly Performance Bonus: 5,000–8,000
• Clear growth path: promotions, higher pay tiers, leadership roles
