eCommerce VA (Shopify + inFlow Inventory + eBay Integration Specialist)

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to help build and manage a professional eCommerce store.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Setting up inFlow Inventory correctly (importing 1000+ products from supplier Excel files)
• Ensuring all products are structured properly (titles, descriptions, variants, pricing, SKUs, images)
• Creating a system where stock automatically syncs between inFlow, Shopify, and eBay
• Building a high-quality Shopify website similar to ---------- (clean, fast, professional design)
• Uploading and organizing products on Shopify and eBay
• Ensuring accurate inventory tracking and no stock mismatches
• Optimizing product pages for usability and conversion

You must be able to work independently, follow instructions, and create a clean, scalable system.
