eCommerce Optimization Consultant

Scope: In this role, you will actively contribute to supporting and enhancing Omni Seller's client brands on Amazon and other online marketplaces. You will collaborate closely with fellow eCommerce Optimization Consultants, fostering teamwork and consistently sharing knowledge and best practices.

Core Responsibilities:

Listing Feed Management:
o Manage and maintain accurate, optimized, and error-free product feeds across various online marketplaces.
o Ensure listings are current, compliant, and highly optimized for visibility and conversion.

Listing Content Optimization:
o Create and refine compelling, SEO-driven product titles, descriptions, and bullet points to enhance product
discoverability.
o Conduct competitor and market analysis, including A/B testing to identify optimization opportunities.

Administrative & Client Support:
o Efficiently perform routine administrative tasks, responding proactively to client inquiries and needs.
o Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to effectively manage client expectations and deliverables.

Marketplace Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting:
o Quickly identify, analyze, and resolve listing or operational issues on Amazon and other marketplaces.
o Address feed errors and maintain marketplace compliance.

Excel-Based Data Management:
o Leverage advanced Excel skills for effective data entry, data management, and analysis.
o Support reporting and analytical tasks, maintaining clear and accurate records for client reporting purposes.

Additional Responsibilities May Include:

Reporting & Analytics:
o Utilize Google Sheets and Excel to create insightful, actionable reports.

Tool Proficiency:
o Actively use Amazon marketplace tools, such as Helium 10, to conduct in-depth analysis and optimizations.

AI & Automation Initiatives:
o Engage with AI tools such as ChatGPT to streamline processes and enhance optimization effectiveness through
automation.

Qualifications:

•Demonstrated experience in online marketplace optimization, particularly Amazon.
•Full professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
•High proficiency in Excel, including functions, pivot tables, and data analysis.
•Strong teamwork abilities, comfortable working collaboratively with other Optimization Consultants.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Ability to work outside normal business hours to complete regular duties in the event of power or internet outages.
•Availability to attend meetings once or twice per week during East Coast US morning working hours (9-11 AM ET).
