I am looking for an experienced eCommerce Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via
Handle order updates, refunds, replacements, and shipping concerns
Work closely with our operations team to resolve customer issues
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Requirements:
Previous eCommerce customer support experience
Excellent written English
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience with Shopify and help desk platforms is a plus
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
