eCom Video Editor (UGC, VSL video editing)

We’re hiring a highly skilled, creative, and fast-paced Video Editor with proven experience in high-converting dropshipping video ads.
This is NOT a role for someone who just slaps clips together or constantly needs revision. We've had to let go of a previous editor for:
# Repeatedly using the wrong content even after instructions
# Weak content sourcing, failing to find eye-catching or relevant footage
# Lack of creativity, basic editing that lacked scroll-stopping energy
# Missing the tone, pacing, and format that work on Facebook
# Wasting our time with endless revisions due to sloppy work


If you can’t confidently source strong content, understand how to hook viewers in the first 3 seconds, and move fast without sacrificing quality, do NOT apply.
What We’re Looking For?
> Video Editing & Ad Creation:
-Craft high-converting videos with compelling intros, VOs, and captions
-Add engaging text overlays, motion graphics, and voiceovers
-Make videos from scratch using UGC, B-roll, or sourced clips
-Deliver clean, polished edits formatted for Facebook


> Creative Content Sourcing:
-Find scroll-stopping content from TikTok, YouTube, FB, etc.
-Know how to research trends and apply them to eCom ad styles
-Source creative that fits the actual product niche, not generic clips


> Fast Turnaround:
-Meet deadlines without sacrificing editing quality
-Turn around first drafts fast, we move quickly and expect you to as well
-Take feedback ONCE and deliver accordingly


Must-Have Qualifications:
-Experience editing dropshipping or DTC video ads that actually convert
-Strong portfolio showing eCom or viral-style ads
-Mastery of CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
-Experience with ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, or other AI tools is a plus
-A creative brain, if you can’t think outside the template, don’t apply
