JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented General Virtual Assistant to support our team with media organization and eCommerce-related tasks. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience sorting and managing B-roll footage in Google Drive, understands how to keep files organized for fast-paced teams, and also has experience working in or supporting eCommerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, sort, and categorize B-roll footage and other media files in Google Drive.
- Rename files using consistent naming conventions.
- Maintain clear folder structures for fast and efficient access.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure correct file organization.
- Support general administrative and VA tasks as needed.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
- Strong experience managing B-rolls and media assets in Google Drive.
- Experience working with eCommerce businesses (esp Shopify)
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly.
- Familiarity with basic video production/media terminology.
