e Learning Developer

As the eLearning Specialist, you will help to develop eLearning materials. Working in consultation with our trainers, you will design learning experiences that are at the cutting edge of self-service and self-paced learning.

Some of the things you’ll be doing include …

Create engaging eLearning from materials supplied by our trainers, for use in standalone eLearning, webinars, and workshops.

Publish to a Learning Management System (LMS).

Create and edit video, audio, and animations for use in all learning formats.

Work in consultation with trainers to review eLearning content.

Who you are…
Experienced. Able to provide a portfolio of eLearning material that you have developed previously

Highly Technical. Experience with Camtasia, Captivate, or other similar eLearning tools. Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly. Experience publishing eLearning content to an LMS.

Performer. Knowledge and experience creating eLearning content that is instructionally sound and engaging. Ability to translate technical material into concise eLearning for non-technical users.

Excellent Communication. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact frequently with the project manager, trainers, and other writers for the purpose of gaining and clarifying technical knowledge of our products. Good command of English is essential.

Detail oriented. Ability to handle multiple projects at once. Ability to manage versions and revisions across multiple eLearning projects.
