1. E-commerce Processing Orders
1.1. Processing orders - The main duty of an order processor is to process orders the business receives through platforms. This may involve entering complete order details into a monitoring system for easy tracking of costs and profits. They keep a record of all transactions for proper monitoring.
1.2. Monitoring Inventory - making sure there are sufficient stocks to fulfill all customer orders. Updating the Inventory record in the platform
1.3. Providing customer service - helping address and solve customer complaints and inquiries. They can handle simple customer queries about product information, the status of an order, or the estimated time of delivery. For other concerns, they can forward these to the correct department for proper handling.
1.4. Tracking delivery and shipment - check the status of orders and maintain shipping and delivery records for accurate monitoring.
1.5. Propose strategies to increase sales.

3. Other responsibilities
3.1. Other task that may be assigned from time to time
