E-commerce Order Entry Associate

This is a Full Time Position and the work schedule is from 8AM to 4PM PDT US Time (11PM to 7AM Phil Time), subject to change as needed.

- Retrieve and enter orders using online processing portal
- Navigate through Magento ordering platform
- Process and maintain order work flow
- Review orders for accuracy and completion
- Monitor orders for duplicate purchases

Qualifications

- Good grammar, written and verbal communication skills. Read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of independence
- Must be detailed oriented to ensure accurate and efficient data entry
- Ability to work at a consistent pace and have insight to prioritize tasks
- Proficient data entry10 key skills
- Proficient typing, at least 50 wpm
