Drupal Developer

I am looking for a freelance /part-time Drupal developer who can take a PSD design along with abase Drupal installation and create the required content types and fields, build a custom theme and create any additional functionality required.

You must be comfortable creating:
> Custom templates (page, node, blocks, field etc)
> Custom Drupal themes from PSD files
> (Optional) Build custom Drupal modules / functionality

I am looking for someone who can speak good English and is able to transform a visual concept of a website into a working Drupal website

You must be comfortable at creating responsive websites that are cross-browser compatible and comfortable with fixing any bugs.
