Script Runner powers same-day prescription delivery for pharmacies across Canada. We combine technology, logistics, and a nationwide driver network to ensure medications reach patients quickly and reliably.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, thinking on their feet, and helping people. If you're calm under pressure, have strong common sense, and can make smart decisions in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
You'll be the primary point of contact for our delivery drivers, helping them throughout the day to ensure deliveries are completed successfully.

Responsibilities include:
- Support drivers by phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
- Resolve delivery issues and troubleshoot problems in real time
- Monitor live deliveries using dispatch software
- Coordinate with dispatch and management to keep operations running smoothly
- Handle urgent situations professionally and find practical solutions
- Keep accurate notes and documentation on delivery issues
- Escalate issues when necessary while taking ownership of finding solutions

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent common sense and strong decision-making skills
- Is solution-oriented and enjoys solving problems
- Thinks outside the box
- Communicates professionally and confidently
- Remains calm under pressure
- Is highly organized and can manage multiple tasks at once
- Is comfortable using technology such as Google Maps, WhatsApp, dispatch software, and other online tools
- Learns quickly and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, customer support, rideshare, delivery operations, or fleet support is an asset but not required.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Toronto/EST)
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Toronto/EST)

Compensation
USD $500-$600 per month, depending on experience.
