About the Role
I'm a CPA, content creator, and educator working at the intersection of financial strategy, business systems, and professional development. I run multiple projects — from digital programs and courses to private clients and content platforms.
You’ll start by helping support a structured 12-week experience for professionals building income, confidence, and execution skills. This project includes curriculum support, documentation, and light operations — but that’s just the beginning.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll start in a support role, helping organize and streamline systems for content, client delivery, and operations. Over time, you’ll take on more responsibility depending on your strengths and interests.
Your core responsibilities may include:
Documentation & Content Support
Organize and maintain SOPs, client resources, and templates
Help format and proof educational materials (Google Docs, Notion, etc.)
Assist in turning rough notes, audio, or ideas into clear, usable resources
Admin & Program Coordination
Track deadlines, update calendars, and support task management
Help manage onboarding flows, check-ins, and progress tracking for participants or clients
Provide admin support for program launches, cycles, or recurring projects
Light Operations & Tech Assistance
Upload and format content on platforms like Notion, Google Workspace, or Airtable
Assist with basic automation (e.g., Zapier, Airtable,
Keep things organized — folders, files, naming conventions, and version control
Growth Opportunities
As we continue working together, your role can grow in any of the following directions based on your skills:
Content coordination – Drafting posts, curating insights, or managing publishing calendars
Client/project management – Helping manage deliverables, timelines, and communications
Light bookkeeping or reporting – Helping with financial tracking, summaries, or internal dashboards
Course, product, or membership support – Assisting with updates, materials, and content workflows
What I’m Looking For
This is not a generic VA role. I’m looking for someone who thrives on clarity, structure, and getting things done. You don’t need to know everything up front — but you should be excited to learn, take ownership, and grow with the business.
You are:
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
Excellent in written English (you’ll work with a lot of written material)
Tech-comfortable and open to learning new tools (Notion, Trello, Airtable, Zapier, etc.)
Comfortable working independently and asking smart questions when needed
Interested in business, education, systems, or financial content (a plus, not required)
Reliable, consistent, and committed to doing great work without constant supervision
