Dispatch + Lead generator

We are a growing appliance repair company. We currently handle around 15–16 jobs per week on average (about 60 jobs per month) and are looking to scale up.
We need a proactive dispatcher.
Schedule & Time Zone:
• We work in Central Time (CST).
• Main working hours: 9 AM – 5 PM CST (Monday to Friday).
• After hours (5 PM – 8 PM CST) is additional. If you want, you can stay after hours or choose an after-hours schedule when call volume rises.
Important information about the current workflow:
• Call volume varies greatly: sometimes 2–5 calls per day, with long breaks during the day (especially lunch).
• There can be slow days with few or even zero incoming calls.
• On quiet periods you will handle follow-ups, monitor technician schedules, ensure they are on time, and other tasks.
Call details:
• Average call duration is 2–5 minutes.
• Clients mostly call to request a quote/offer for appliance repair.
• You will also need to make outgoing calls for follow-ups, scheduling, and business development.
• We have a backup outsourced call center. If two incoming calls happen at the same time (this almost never happens), the call will be redirected.
• Important: You must answer calls within 3 rings.
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls, schedule repairs and dispatch technicians.
• Make outgoing calls (follow-ups, confirmations, etc.).
• Manage job calendar and workflow.
• Key focus — Insurance partnerships:
• Research and contact insurance companies.
• Help sign contracts with insurance providers.
• Support B2B direction with property managers when needed.
• Help grow the total number of orders.
Compensation:
• Fixed hourly rate: $2.00 per hour (paid only for actual hours worked).
• Bonus system:
• $5 for every booked and scheduled job.
• Good bonuses for every signed contract with insurance companies and property managers / apartment complexes.
Bonus calculation example:
• At current volume (~60 jobs per month): 60 × $5 = $300 from job bonuses.
• If we double the volume (120 jobs per month): you will earn $600 from job bonuses.
We have all the tools and advertising ready to scale. With your help we can easily reach 100–120+ jobs per month, which means significantly higher earnings for you.
Total example — Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (8 hours/day, ~22 working days/month = 176 hours):
• Fixed rate: 176 × $2.00 = $352
• At current 60 jobs: + $300 (job bonuses)
• Total ? $652 (and much more as we grow with insurance contracts and higher job volume).
Requirements:
• Perfect English communication skills (C1 level or higher).
• Strong experience in customer service or sales.
• Motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection.
