We're looking for a Virtual Assistant & Digital Marketer to join our growing team at Functional Yoga Medicine®—a unique integrative wellness company that blends functional medicine, yoga therapy, nervous system regulation, and deep inner healing into a holistic approach that transforms lives from the inside out.

???? Who We're Looking For:
Someone who’s not only fluent in English and a strong communicator—but who’s also passionate, proactive, and cares about doing meaningful work. You’re organized, creative, tech-savvy, and have a natural eye for detail. You’re not afraid of deadlines, checklists, or writing beautiful copy that connects with real people.

This role is part creative, part administrative, and all about supporting a bigger mission.

???? Responsibilities:
Assist with launches for our online programs and certifications (email prep, page updates, scheduling)

Manage email marketing platforms (ConvertKit, Mailchimp, etc.) and support with content scheduling

Copywriting support: Emails, landing pages, social media captions, and nurturing sequences

Light graphic design for PDFs, slides, or social media (Canva proficiency is a plus)

Assist in managing social media content and organizing content calendars

Upload and format content inside Kajabi or similar platforms (training available)

General day-to-day support: inbox cleanup, task tracking, document organizing, and making sure the details don’t slip through the cracks

? Skills & Experience We’re Looking For:
Excellent English communication and writing skills (this is a must)

Experience with online launches or digital marketing support

Solid attention to detail and ability to follow through

Comfortable learning new systems (we’ll guide you!)

Experience with Canva, Google Workspace, and at least one email marketing platform

Familiarity with Monday, Slack, Kartra, or similar tools is a bonus

Fully remote, flexible hours (as long as you can meet weekly check-ins and launch deadlines)
