Developer(s) Needed

I have my own video streaming software with the API documentation to connect to it. I need to build a Custom wrapper around it, with Custom user management API, Custom user provision, Custom API deployment, all within a Custom Wrapper. I also need to be able to resell user licenses. You can connect my Stripe account to it. for payment from users.
