Detail oriented php/javascript/mysql programmer front end and back end

I need someone who can work part time on an internal customer management system. You need to know php,mysql,jquery, and bootstrap UI. I need you to be able to work part of your time from 1:00PM EDT to 5:00PM EDT so that we can meet during those times.
