Data Processing and Reporting Specialist

We’re looking for a Data Processing & Reporting Specialist to clean, process, and analyze survey data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reporting. You’ll work with SPSS, Excel, and PowerPoint to prepare datasets, run cross-tabs, and create reports for market research insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Clean and process survey data (SPSS, Excel), create recoded variables, and structure datasets.
• Analysis & Tabulations: Develop tab specs, run cross-tabs, and ensure accuracy of reports.
• Reporting: Export results to Excel, visualize insights in PowerPoint, and finalize client-ready reports.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams, suggest workflow improvements, and assist in onboarding new tea ---------- mbers.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in SPSS (syntax, data cleaning, analysis)
• Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills (pivot tables, conditional formatting, data visualization)
• Experience with survey data processing & cross-tabs
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Good communication & ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience with MarketSight or similar tools is a plus

Preferred Experience:

• 2-3 years in market research, data analysis, or survey processing
• Familiarity with handling confidential client data
