Data mining

I need a data mining *expert* to set me up to gather web address, phone, and email address for each row in an Excel spreadsheet that has the legal name of the organisation in one column. There are about 1800 records in the first spreadsheet.

I want an automated solution, perhaps using DataScraper.

Please let me know your experience with tasks like this; which tool you suggest using; your hourly rate; and an approximate cost to get this done for the first spreadsheet.
