Customer Experience Representative (Remote)
Rate: $3 up to $5/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Must be available to work during the US (PST) time zone. 30 to 40 hours per week

We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our dynamic team! This role is ideal for someone who excels at communication, learns quickly, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Challenge:
- As part of your application, please create a 60-second video or audio answering the following scenario:
"How would you defuse a disgruntled customer whose Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) was late?"
- Your response should clearly describe your approach to handling the situation.
- Please do not exceed one minute, and do not include any personal or work experiences in your answer.

Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a BPO environment is an advantage.
