Work From Home

Weekly Schedule : Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Pacific Time (30min paid lunch, two paid 15min breaks)

Pay: 335 PHP per hour

Qualifications:
- Must be personable, professional, and love spreadsheets.
- Experience with Adobe products (PS and AI) is a plus.
- Ability to create a CRM as a project managment tool. Experience in such a tool, like Filemaker or something similar, is a MAJOR PLUS.

Responsibilities:
- Qualify inbound sales calls
- Update customers on the status of their orders
- Send quotes and invoices for approval
- Hand off job orders to downstream departments
- Log customer info and track job profitability
- Develop an order management system with the owner
- Willingness to assist in other departments as needed
