Overview:
Join our innovative team as a Credentialing Associate. This role is essential in ensuring the
accuracy and compliance of our healthcare provider credentials across various states. If you

Responsibilities:

Contracting and Credentialing Support:
• Assist in managing the credentialing processes for healthcare providers nationwide, ensuring adherence to accreditation and regulatory standards.
• Verify qualifications, education, and licensure of providers, maintaining an up-to-date credentials database.
• Support the maintenance of accurate provider files and documentation.
• Manage follow ups with providers and payers and ensure that all interactions are well documented.
• Assist in identifying contracting opportunities and contribute to payer negotiations.
• Aid in the documentation of file statuses, ensuring meticulous record-keeping.

Process Enhancement:
• Help enforce credentialing policies and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to streamline information gathering and coordination.

Stakeholder Engagement:
• Foster positive relationships with healthcare providers, addressing inquiries and concerns related to credentialing.
• Serve as a responsive point of contact for providers and payers

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare credentialing or related fields.
• Familiarity with credentialing processes and standards within the healthcare industry.
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on accuracy and detail in data management.
• End-to-end credentialing experience, including payer submissions and follow-up coordination.

Compensation and Benefits:
• Competitive salary: $1,000
• Full-time position
• 15 PTO per calendar year
