Create and fix API endpoints

We need a Symfony 3 / MySQL pro efficient who is able to quickly and efficiently:
- add / modify endpoints
- modify repositories
- handle filters smartly
- make optimized MySQL requests

There will be for around 7 days of work. The MySQL requests can be complex and join more than 15 tables.

Automatic, messages won't be accepted.
Portfolio of your previous websites will be irrelevant, we're talking about API here, so rather show a github or other repository.
