Conversion Optimisation Specialist (CRO)

We are stylish & unique design electronic accessory e-commerce company.Our ideal candidate is interested in and has a flair for Conversion Optimisation. You love brainstorming, launching, testing new ideas and are interested in working for a company with lots of potential to grow!

We are based in Hong Kong & same time zone with Philippines.

You:

-SEO/Conversion Optimization/Analytics Audits
-Design and implement new website features and functionality
-Troubleshoot web errors, such as bad links, broken forms, or JavaScript errors
-Provide suggestions for improving conversions (client interaction)
-Provide suggestions for improving site usability
-Create mockups for new/proposed website content
-A/B Testing while having a structured approach

Must:

-Thorough understanding of HTML and CSS is required
-Proficiency in web design applications such as, Photoshop, sketch, zeplin
-Basic understanding of JavaScript/jQuery
-Ability to learn new concepts quickly
-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

Awesome if you have experience with:

-SEO
-Google Analytics
-Hot Jar
-PHP, ASP, and other web languages
-Knowledge of Content Management Systems -Shopify
-Knowledge of email newsletter software such as Campaign Monitor, MailChimp, Constant Contact
