Conversion Designer For WordPress

Falcon Ridge Digital (our agency), serves customers in the real estate sector focused on rentable real estate assets (e.g. apartment buildings, rv parks, marinas, mobile home parks, storage units, etc.).

One-time website design update for a client website in the real estate sector. While this job is a one-time thing, our hope is that our service will create a pipeline of customers needing website upgrades, turning into ongoing work as our agency continues to grow. This could turn into a more permanent position in our agency as we grow

The website in question only has about 10-15 pages that need a face lift so it's not a huge job but still has great significance to our agency. Experience designing websites in the real estate space is a HUGE plus! Copywriting not required for this project but experience with copywriting can be helpful

The expectations for this project are as follows:
- Design an updated, modern website focused on driving conversions (leads). Pretty designs that don't drive more business will not help our clients justify our fees
- Built on WordPress using Thrive Suite (very similar to Elementor but better in SO many ways). You'll primarily use Thrive Theme Builder and Thrive Architect. If you've never used either of these but have great working knowledge of Elementor, that's just fine. Thrive Architect is really easy to pick up if you know Elementor and other similar builders
- Build wireframes of all key pages / page types with justification ready for how elements aid the conversion journey
- Before final implementation, designs be scrutinized by our Product Manager and client to ensure they meet conversion needs
- Address change requests as needed to ensure the client is satisfied with the final deliverable
- Solid English proficiency is a must as you'll need to clearly communicate with our team on needs, adjustments, and deliverables
