Content Development Specialist Needed

Start-up Digital Marketing Agency is looking to hire someone to facilitate the following:

- content for websites and social media graphics/posting
- data entry including citations and backlinks
- website design
- develop branded Canva templates
- graphic design as needed

This is a long term position with a company poised for ---------- ndidate must be well organized, pay close attention to detail and be highly responsive and collaborative. Since we are a young company, we are also learning our systems and figuring out which processes work best for our company and for our clients. Your input will be a valuable piece of that.

For the first month or two of your employment, we'll use the mentoring service to make sure things are going well. Once we're all comfortable with processes and working together, we will cancel that service and work directly together.

We are a startup and will be adding new clients beginning in May. Our initial project is building our own agency website and developing a strong branding strategy as well as chosen processes and systems to best serve clients.

We are laser focused on building a profitable, successful business. So as you help us grow, you will grow as well. Starting salary is $250/month with a monthly increase of $50 for 6 months. At the end of your 6th month, we will re-evaluate duties, benefits, vacations and salary. The goal is to promote this candidate within 6 months and to continue building our support team with your input and contribution. Your quality of life and career progression is important to us and will be mad a priority. We ask for commitment, dedication and loyalty from staff and it will be returned to you.

We offer flexible hours. We understand how inspiration hits at different times for different people. For example, I work best in the evening.

Our website is in transition and needs to be developed well as immediately as possible. We started as a lead gen service for Real Estate and Contractors but the demand on us for other services has been too great to ignore.
