JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Remote Tools We Use: Asana, Email, and Phone calls

The Opportunity
Golden Bison Investments is a growing real estate investment firm focused on high-quality house flips and a solid portfolio of rental properties. We’re at the point where we have too many moving parts for our current systems, and we need a Virtual Project Manager Assistant to step in and keep our projects on the rails.

We don’t need a corporate "suit," but we do need a sharp, organized professional who knows how to move a project from "gut renovation" to "listed for sale" without losing their mind.

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Project Coordination (The Flips)
Asana Command: You’ll be the architect of our Asana boards. You’ll build out the schedules, assign tasks to vendors, and make sure deadlines are actually being met.

Contractor Management: You’ll be on the phone and in the inbox daily with our contractors. Your job is to verify progress, troubleshoot delays, and ensure the crews have exactly what they need to keep working.

Logistics & Orders: Tracking down materials, coordinating deliveries to job sites, and making sure we aren't paying for things we didn't get.

2. Asset Management (The Rentals)
Tenant & Maintenance Intake: Handling incoming emails and calls from tenants. You’ll coordinate with our go-to repair people to get issues fixed quickly and cost-effectively.

Onboarding/Offboarding: Managing the paperwork and task-lists for new tenants moving in or old ones moving out.

Utility & Compliance Admin: Handling the "boring but important" stuff—switching utilities, tracking permit expirations, and keeping property files updated.

The Communication Style
We stay away from the "always-on" noise of Slack. Instead, we rely on:

Asana: For all project-related updates and task management.

Email
: For formal communication, documentation, and external vendors.

Phone: For the quick "Where are you?" or "Is the plumber there yet?" conversations.

Who Fits This Role?
The Organizer: You naturally see the world in checklists and timelines.

The Phone Specialist: You aren't "phone-shy." You’re comfortable calling a contractor to ask why a milestone was missed.

The Real Estate Nerd: You understand (or are eager to learn) the rhythm of a renovation—from permits to paint.

The Problem Solver: When a delivery is delayed or a tenant has a leak, you don’t just report the problem; you bring us a solution.

Requirements
Proven experience in project management (real estate/construction experience is a massive bonus).

High-level proficiency in Asana.

Exceptional written email skills and a professional, confident phone manner.

Ability to work during EST business hours.
