RJ Builders is a Nashville-based commercial and residential construction company building a lean, systems-driven construction operation.
We are looking for a construction-minded, highly organized person in the Philippines to help us with estimating, quantity takeoffs, material takeoffs, labor-hour planning, equipment planning, procurement support, and process development.
This is not a basic virtual assistant role.
We are looking for someone who wants to help build the operating system behind a growing construction company.

Responsibilities
• Review construction plans
• Perform quantity takeoffs
• Create detailed material takeoff lists
• Assist with high-level project budgets
• Break estimates down by cost code
• Estimate labor hours by task
• Identify equipment needs
• Track vendor and subcontractor pricing
• Create estimating templates
• Build standard operating procedures, checklists, and workflows
• Help improve RJ Builders construction systems

Ideal Candidate
Ideal candidates may have experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, Civil Engineer, Takeoff Specialist, or Preconstruction Assistant.
We value people who are organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and interested in building systems, not just completing tasks.
