About the Opportunity:
Go Ignite is partnering with an established US-based outdoor living and renovation company to find a Construction Admin who can take full ownership of their client operations and CRM systems. This isn't a support-ticket role — you'll be the person keeping leads, projects, and client communications moving without anything falling through the cracks.
About the Role:
You'll manage the company's GoHighLevel CRM end-to-end — pipelines, automations, lead tracking — while also supporting project coordination, client correspondence, and documentation. It's a genuine blend of CRM ownership and administrative operations, ideal for someone who wants a role with real scope rather than repetitive data entry.
What You'll Do:
-Maintain and manage the GoHighLevel CRM — pipelines, tags, automations, and lead tracking from first contact to project completion
-Coordinate project timelines, site visit schedules, and up-to-date project trackers
-Handle routine client communication via
-Support the preparation of quotes, proposals, and contract documentation
-Maintain organised digital filing for contracts, permits, and project records
-Generate reports on lead volume, pipeline status, and project progress
-Manage calendars and inbox support for the leadership team
What You'll Bring:
-3–5 years of experience in an administrative, CRM, or coordination role — construction, trades, or home services background highly regarded
-Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), including pipelines, automations, and contact management
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
-Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
-Comfortable with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
-Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup
Engagement Details:
20 hours per week
Schedule: 5:00 AM – 10:00 AM (AU time zone)
Fully remote, Philippines-based
Compensation: ?25,000/month
