Track quote progress, surface blockers early, and support smooth binds and renewals
Continuously improve workflows and automate wherever possible

Must-Haves
2+ yrs prospecting and/or cold calling
Insurance Experience

Excellent English, detail-obsessed, reliable, independent
Tech-savvy; stable internet + capable hardware

Nice-to-Haves
Commercial or Personal lines, U.S. market familiarity

Hours
Fully remote, flexible/asynchronous; EST Time Zone Calling Hours Primairly

Compensation
Full-time: USD 550–1,050/month (DOE) Plus Bonus
13th-month pay, PH holidays, performance bonuses post-probation
