Want to write an applications for a website that is password protected, integrates with PayPal and upon payment displays questions that gives the individual / customer the opportunity to answer. The application should rank the importance of the question because some areas are more important than others. There will be about 700 questions whose answers generate a ranking of between 1 and 5.
