Key Responsibilities:
- Setup and maintenance of AWS services and cloud infrastructure (EC2, S3, IAM, etc.)
- Administration of Microsoft Windows Server (preferably 2019 or newer), including Remote Desktop Services
- Management and configuration of IP telephony systems (OpenPhone)
- Optimization of CRM systems ( ---------- ) and automation of business processes
- Integration of online environments with communication tools (Slack, Telegram, etc.)
- Administration of relational databases (PostgreSQL is a strong advantage)
- Ensuring security, stability, and continuous operation of IT systems
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Continuous improvement and optimization of IT processes

Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Duo, Retool, and monitoring systems
- Experience with Google Cloud
- Familiarity with Jira and Git

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a System Administrator
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS (minimum 2 years — required)
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Remote Desktops (at least 1 year)
- Understanding of software product integration principles
- Experience administering at least one relational database
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL is a strong plus
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to work in EST
