Immediate opening for Customer Support at a well-established company in the US.


Scope:
- Calling and Servicing of existing clients
- Tracking confirmed appointments, and follow-ups if required
- Responding to client inquiries in a timely manner
- Able to learn company computer systems and programs

Required:
- Clear English pronunciation is a must
- Computer literate a must
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Organized with the ability to prioritize
- Willing to adapt and learn with a great positive can-do attitude

Hours: 9:00 am-6:00 pm EST, Monday-Friday
