We are looking for a Client Manager to start IMMEDIATELY.

An ideal candidate is someone who can work harmoniously, proactively, and effectively with the other departments of the company.

Qualifications:
Highly Proficient in the English language, in both written and verbal communication
Strong technical aptitude
Excellent Organizational Skills
Exceptional Decision-making Skills
Resilient and with a professional attitude & commendable work ethics
Exercises sound judgment and can work well under pressure
Eager and Willing to learn new skills
Keen to details and focused on tasks at hand
Can work independently and with a team
Quick to learn and adapt
Can work independently, with occasional to almost no micromanagement necessary
Highly reliable and dependable
Patient and hardworking
Diligent and ready for admin tasks
Committed to long-term employment

Roles and Responsibilities:
First point of contact of clients via email and Slack
Address all concerns of the clients within the designated SLA
Conduct calls to assist clients with their needs related to the program /services
Maintain and strengthen the positive relationship between the company and the clients
Ensure the smooth experience of the clients in going through our program/ services
Any ad hoc tasks related to managing our clients
Available to work from 8AM to 5PM Eastern time

Salary Range: $400 - $450
