What You Will Own
You will be responsible for:
Responding to new inquiries quickly and professionally
Drafting and sending accurate proposals
Coordinating scheduling
Communicating clearly throughout the process
Maintaining CRM accuracy
Protecting the client experience from start to finish
This role directly impacts revenue and reputation.
You will be trained deeply and held to clear performance standards.
