Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Systems Developer (Workflow Automation) to design, develop, and optimize automated business systems that support our end-to-end project lifecycle. You will build scalable workflows, integrate business applications, develop dashboards, and improve operational efficiency through automation.

Key Responsibilities Workflow & Automation

Design and optimize workflows covering project creation, installer assignment, audits, project completion, and reporting.
Develop workflow automations using Zapier, ---------- , Microsoft Power Automate, APIs, and webhooks.
Integrate business systems to automate notifications, approvals, reminders, and project updates.

FastField Development

Build and maintain FastField forms with dynamic logic, validations, offline capability, media capture, and workflow automation.
Optimize mobile workflows for installers and field teams.

Systems & Reporting

Configure and maintain ---------- workflows, automations, and project tracking.
Develop SharePoint document management processes and automated file organization.
Create operational dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Microsoft Fabric.
Maintain structured project, audit, installer, and customer databases.

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve system performance, reporting accuracy, and user experience.

Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills

Experience with FastField development.
Proficiency in Zapier, ---------- , Microsoft Power Automate, APIs, and webhooks.
Experience with ---------- and SharePoint.
Knowledge of Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Microsoft Fabric.
Strong understanding of workflow automation, systems integration, and database management.

Professional Skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver scalable business solutions.
Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.

Preferred

Experience in construction, field services, or property maintenance.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and low-code/no-code platforms.
Experience with CRM or ERP system integrations.
