JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a driven and resilient Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team and help generate new business opportunities.

What We Offer:
- Remote / Work From Home
- Full-time | Monday–Friday (EST/EDT – Canada Timezone)
- Salary negotiable depending on experience

What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls to qualified leads and warm prospects
- Engage with business decision-makers and customers to present solutions
- Qualify prospects and guide them through the full sales cycle
- Close deals and convert leads into paying clients
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively to secure sales
- Conduct follow-ups via calls, email, and SMS to maximize conversions
- Manage and update all lead activities in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain strong pipeline management and deal tracking
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve conversion rates

What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of outbound sales, telesales, or closing experience
- Proven ability to convert leads into paying customers and close deals consistently
- Background in B2B or B2C sales preferred
- Strong English communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Confident in handling objections and closing sales
- Results-driven with a target-focused mindset
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus
- Experience using RingCentral or similar dialer platforms preferred
