Shift Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (AEST)
30-minute unpaid lunch break

Please note: This role is not well suited to someone who is naturally very quiet or hesitant in conversations. Our team is energetic, engaging, and highly participant-focused, so confidence in communication is essential.
What you'll do
As a Junior Support Coordinator, you'll be supported to learn how to:
Coordinate NDIS supports for participants.
Build relationships with participants, families, and providers.
Help participants achieve their goals and navigate the NDIS.
Advocate for participants when required.
Complete documentation, case notes, and reports.
Develop problem-solving and crisis management skills with guidance from senior staff.
What’s in it for you?
Monthly Salary: AUD $800.00 to $1,000.00 depending on experience
