Shopify Developer – E-Commerce Operations & Conversion Optimization

We are hiring a highly skilled Shopify Developer to join our growing e-commerce team. We are looking for someone who understands Shopify development, conversion optimization, automation, performance, and the complete customer shopping experience from front-end to backend operations.

You must be detail-oriented, technically capable, organized, and able to solve problems independently. You will work closely with our leadership and marketing team to improve our Shopify stores, increase conversion rates, streamline operations, and ensure all systems function properly across multiple sales channels.

About Us

We operate multiple US-based e-commerce brands selling custom products online through Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces. We are focused on long-term growth and building efficient systems that scale.

Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify themes and storefronts
Build and improve Shopify product pages, landing pages, and collection pages
Optimize store speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness
Implement Shopify apps, custom integrations, and automations
Work with APIs, webhooks, and third-party software integrations
Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce errors
Troubleshoot bugs, technical issues, and checkout problems
Configure and manage Shopify backend settings, metafields, and product structures
Assist with conversion rate optimization and user experience improvements
Implement tracking and analytics using Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and server-side tracking
Ensure proper SEO structure and technical SEO implementation
Collaborate with marketing and graphics teams to launch campaigns and promotions
Maintain clean, organized documentation and workflows
Monitor store performance and proactively identify problems before they impact customers

**************Required Skills & Experience**************

Strong experience with Shopify development- Minimum 1 year
Fluent in English
Understands US Branding, Marketing, and E-commerce requirements
Understands US - ADA laws
Strong knowledge of Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify APIs
Understanding of conversion optimization and e-commerce best practices
Experience with Shopify apps and custom integrations
Knowledge of GA4, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, GTM, and tracking systems
Understanding of SEO fundamentals and site structure
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
SEO backlinking, Product setup and onpage/offpage SEO
Strong attention to detail
Strong written and spoken English
Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Ability to follow systems and complete tasks accurately
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or graphics editing is a plus

Starting rate $4.00 per hour
Hours: 25–40 hours per week, depending on workload
Long-term opportunity with growth potential for the right candidate
Schedule: Overnight (Philippine Time, aligned with U.S. hours) 9:00 PM to 3:00 AM PHP Time, Thursday to Tuesday
Work Setup: Remote (Philippines-based)
Pay: paid weekly via Wise
Start Date: ASAP
Requirements: NDA, contract agreement, TimeProof tracking, and daily EOD reports
