Pop On Veneers is one of the fastest-growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) smile brands in the United States. We help thousands of customers smile with confidence through custom-made cosmetic veneers and innovative oral care products.

We are looking for an execution-focused Assistant to E-commerce Manager to optimize, maintain, and scale our digital storefront. This is NOT an entry-level role. We require a minimum of 3 years of deep, technical experience across Shopify, Klaviyo, Recharge, and Rebuy, and Intelligems combined with a solid background in sales, direct-response marketing, and high-volume store operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Build, launch, and update product and landing pages inside Shopify, optimizing the customer journey to drive conversion rates.
- Own the technical execution of Recharge and Rebuy. Set up high-converting cross-sells, post-purchase offers, and automated subscription rules to drive AOV and LTV.
- Build, segment, and QA revenue-generating campaigns and complex automated flows within Klaviyo while closely monitoring deliverability, open rates, and revenue metrics.
- Act as the first line of defense against site bugs, broken discount codes, or app integration errors. You audit the store daily and fix problems before they impact our bottom line.
- Track and report on core e-commerce metrics (Conversion Rate, AOV, Churn, and Email Revenue) to identify scaling opportunities.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR (REQUIREMENTS):
- 3+ Years of Verified Experience: Heavy, daily use of Shopify, Klaviyo, Recharge, and Rebuy, and Intelligems is non-negotiable. You must know how these tools integrate to drive revenue.
- Previous Sales / Marketing Background: Deep understanding of direct-response marketing principles, landing page hooks, consumer psychology, and how to position a product to sell.
- Data-Driven & Analytical: Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and optimizing metrics based on hard numbers rather than guesswork.
- Proactive & Solution-Oriented: You don't just find problems or wait to be told what to do. You jump into the dashboards, find the leaks, and bring solutions.
- Obsessively Detail-Oriented: You quickly spot broken links, formatting errors, or faulty discount logic.
