Architect (drafting) & interior designer

Individual homeowner looking for an intelligent, quick worker, creative and detail protected person to take an 8,000 square foot home from conception to finished product.

Must have 4+ years of experience doing actual work for a company - not a student or new graduate.

The right candidate will be able to :
- work from 8 am to 2 pm EST M-F (new york time)
- quickly & constantly communicate with homeowner and USA based vendors via Google chat & meet
- have experience in design for residential modern style homes

The skills this candidate must possess are :
- autocad drawings of residential blue prints
- 3d modeling of exterior and interior
- take offs
- schematic drawings for electric and plumbing
- interior design of lighting, plumbing, appliances, electrical , and furniture
- sourcing of materials and furnishings

Ideally, this candidate has experience designing residential modern style homes.
