We offer a full suite of aesthetic and wellness services including injectables, body contouring, IV therapy, skin treatments, GLP-1/weight loss programs, and more. THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated, personable Virtual Assistant to join our team as an Outbound Appointment Setter. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for inbound leads and will be responsible for converting those leads into booked consultations or appointments at Enclave. You will also be responsible for managing and responding to all incoming messages on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
This is a performance-driven role — the more appointments you book, the more you earn.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Reach out to inbound leads via phone, text, and email to follow up and convert them into booked appointments
Monitor and respond to all incoming messages on Enclave's Facebook and Instagram pages in a timely and on-brand manner
Convert social media inquiries into leads and move them into the GoHighLevel (GHL) sales funnel
Work leads through the GHL sales funnel from initial contact through to booking
Confidently speak to Enclave's core services and answer basic questions about treatments, pricing, and what to expect
Book confirmed appointments directly into Zenoti (our scheduling software)
Maintain accurate lead notes, pipeline stages, and follow-up records within GoHighLevel
Re-engage cold or unresponsive leads with follow-up sequences through GHL
Communicate any unresolved clinical questions to the appropriate tea ---------- mber
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly booking targets


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-Haves:

Fluent English speaker with clear, natural, and professional verbal and written communication — must be comfortable speaking confidently on the phone with US-based clients
Prior experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or sales (any industry)
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) — used for lead management and working prospects through a sales funnel
Experience with Zenoti or ability to learn quickly — used to book confirmed appointments into our scheduling system
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups daily
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment
Self-motivated with a track record of hitting targets or goals

Nice to Have:

Prior experience using Zenoti in a med spa or wellness setting (big plus)
Experience managing Facebook and Instagram ---------- or comments for a business page
Previous experience in med spa, beauty, wellness, or healthcare settings
Familiarity with treatments such as Botox, fillers, CoolSculpting, or IV therapy
Prior remote VA experience working with US-based clients


COMPENSATION

Base Pay: $5.00 USD per hour
Commission: $10.00 USD per qualified appointment booked and confirmed on the calendar
Performance Bonuses: Available for consistently exceeding booking targets
