Appointment Setter / Cold Caller— DCODE Solutions

DCODE Solutions is hiring appointment setters who can actually get people to say yes to a meeting. We manage Google LSAs (Local Services Ads) for home service businesses in the US. We need smart and motivated individuals who can pick up the phone and book appointments without hand-holding. This is a long-term, full-time remote position with consistent hours, excellent pay, bonuses and opportunities for advancement.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Excellent spoken English
-Confident on the phone
-Cold calling experience
-Reliable Internet
-Quiet workspace

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
-Call provided leads — you are not cold-prospecting from scratch
-Work a proven script (we give it to you, but you still need to sell, not read)
-Book 10–20 qualified appointments per week
-Log every call and outcome in CRM (HubSpot) — if it's not in the CRM, it didn't happen
-Full-time, fully remote, US-hours availability required

COMPENSATION:
60,000/month base. OTE 82,000+/month once you're hitting appointment targets. The better you book, the more you make.

WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY:
-You've never cold called before — this is not an entry-level training role
-Your spoken English isn't fluent and easy to understand on a call
-You've never touched a CRM (HubSpot specifically) and can't get up to speed fast
-You want a script to save you from having to actually talk to people
-You're looking for part-time or "see how it goes"— this is full-time only

WHO SHOULD APPLY:
-You've booked appointments or closed deals over the phone before and have the skills to prove it
-You can handle rejection 30 times a day and still sound good on call 31
-You want a real base plus commission that isn't fake "unlimited potential" with no floor
-You're comfortable being measured on a weekly number and want to beat it
