Users take or upload photos of cluttered areas, and the app generates AI-driven recommendations, task lists, and visual previews of organized spaces. The app also connects users to a curated marketplace of organization products.

We’re currently improving our mobile app (v2.0) and expanding to web and international markets (including Latin America).

Position Overview

We are seeking a Part-Time App Consultant to provide strategic and technical guidance on the continued development, improvement, and scaling of the Organiiz AI mobile and web app. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in app architecture, AI integration, user experience optimization, and product lifecycle management.

This is a remote, contract-based position requiring approximately 10–20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate the current Organiiz AI app architecture and recommend improvements for performance, scalability, and user experience.

Collaborate with the Founder and part-time development team to guide technical direction and feature prioritization.

Provide consultation on backend infrastructure (AWS, Firebase, Supabase, or similar) and API integrations (e.g., GPT, Stable Diffusion, product recommendation APIs).

Review and refine the app’s AI workflows — including photo analysis, image modification, and recommendation generation pipelines.

Offer guidance on mobile UI/UX best practices to enhance engagement and retention.

Advise on release management, beta testing, and app store optimization (ASO) strategies.

Ensure compliance with data privacy, user consent, and app security best practices.

Provide mentorship and quality review for junior developers and interns as needed.

Participate in bi-weekly progress meetings with the Founder.

Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years in mobile app development or app consulting (iOS, Android, or cross-platform such as React Native or Flutter).

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of app architecture, APIs, and cloud deployment (AWS preferred).

Experience integrating AI tools such as GPT, Stable Diffusion, or custom ML pipelines.

Familiarity with backend systems like Firebase, Supabase, or Node.js.

Understanding of UX/UI principles and analytics-driven design improvements.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation.

Ability to work independently and deliver practical recommendations.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Experience with SaaS or consumer lifestyle apps.

Familiarity with monetization models (in-app purchases, subscription tiers, affiliate integrations).

Exposure to gamification, community building, or reward systems.

Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese (for Latin America expansion).

Compensation & Schedule

Part-time / Remote Contract (10 hrs per week)

Flexible schedule; must be available for weekly syncs (EST timezone)
