API Developer

I'm looking for a team member that is confident building out a web API.

I have a quiz that people answer about their needs for a particular service.

These answers will be sent to the API which stores scoring values for each question against a database of businesses. Different businesses will score differently for each answer and the API needs to calculate which business is the highest score, or the best match based on the client's ---------- will also need to take into consideration only businesses that are within 15 minutes of the location of the person who submits the quiz.

I have a working prototype using google sheets as the database and server, but I need to build out a system that will be scalable and also super fast at calculating results. Therefore I need someone with lots of experience that can first be paid to do an audit of the services and the infrastructure required and then secondly to start building out the project.
