Android App Developer - Front and backend

Looking for a Programmer, that can solve basic problems on their own.
Need someone who can code an social media type Application, like Tinder.

The Application will need to allow users to:
Match with each-other in a Tinder (Hot or Not) system
Post in different game categories (Post Feed and LFG) - upload images and/or 30 sec clips of video
Send Messages (1:1 chat and group chat)
Subscribe monthly
boost their profiles
follow other users

create an Admin page to edit profile, handle transactions, edit and remove user profiles and manage Ads.

Wireframe complete, User Journal complete.

Looking to hire on a 6 month or year contract.
