Amazon Virtual Assistant (VA)

About Us:
We are an e-commerce business looking for a reliable and skilled Amazon VA to help manage and grow our Amazon store. The ideal candidate should have prior experience with Amazon Seller Central, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities:

Manage product listings (creation, optimization, keyword research).

Monitor and update inventory levels.

Handle customer service inquiries and messages.

Assist with order processing and returns.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Run and monitor PPC campaigns (preferred but not required).

Generate reports and provide updates on store performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Amazon VA or in e-commerce operations.

Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central.

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

Detail-oriented and organized.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of Amazon FBA, FBM, and PPC campaigns is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout, or Keepa.

Basic graphic design for product images.

Understanding of SEO and listing optimization.

Compensation:
