Amazon Virtual Assistant

Overview
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Amazon Virtual Assistant with strong experience in Amazon Seller Central to help manage daily listing checks, account health monitoring, and issue resolution. This role is critical to maintaining listing accuracy, Buy Box health, pricing integrity, stock health and overall account performance.
You will work closely with the overseeing manager and internal team, logging and tracking tasks through Hive to ensure fast and accurate resolution of all issues.

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience working in Amazon Seller Central, FBA brands
• Strong understanding of: listing health, buy Box mechanics, pricing rules and errors, listing creation, account health metrics, opening and managing Amazon cases, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow SOPs and document work clearly
• Experience using task/project management tool (such as hive)  is a plus
