We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented **Amazon Store Manager / Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines** to manage our Amazon store from end to end.
The ideal candidate should be able to independently handle daily Amazon operations, product listings, inventory monitoring, customer service, account health, advertising coordination, reporting, and issue resolution. This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who understands Amazon Seller Central and can proactively identify problems, recommend solutions, and help grow the business.
## Key Responsibilities
### Seller Central Management
* Manage the Amazon Seller Central account on a daily basis.
* Monitor account health, performance notifications, policy warnings, and compliance issues.
* Open and follow up on Seller Support cases until they are resolved.
* Track suppressed, stranded, inactive, and blocked listings.
* Monitor Voice of the Customer, customer experience metrics, and listing-related issues.
* Maintain organized records of cases, reimbursements, listing changes, and operational problems.
### Product Listing Management
* Create and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and backend search terms.
* Create and manage product variations, parent-child relationships, and listing updates.
* Upload products using inventory templates and flat files.
* Troubleshoot listing errors, catalog conflicts, duplicate listings, and variation issues.
* Coordinate product images, videos, A+ Content, and Brand Store updates.
* Conduct keyword and competitor research to improve listing visibility and conversion.
### Inventory and Order Management
* Monitor FBA and FBM inventory levels.
* Prepare inventory forecasts and restocking recommendations.
* Create and manage FBA shipment plans.
* Track inbound shipments, receiving discrepancies, lost inventory, damaged inventory, and stranded inventory.
* Monitor storage limits, aged inventory, excess inventory, and inventory performance.
* Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, freight forwarders, and fulfillment partners.
* Monitor customer orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacements.
### Customer Service
* Respond professionally to permitted customer communications within Amazon’s response-time requirements.
* Handle delivery issues, damaged items, replacements, refunds, and product-related concerns.
* Monitor customer feedback, product reviews, return reasons, and common complaints.
* Escalate product quality concerns and recommend corrective actions.
* Follow all Amazon communication and customer-service policies.
### Account Health and Compliance
* Monitor Account Health Rating and performance metrics.
* Respond to policy violations, intellectual property complaints, restricted-product issues, and listing deactivations.
* Assist with Plans of Action and appeals by gathering documentation and identifying root causes.
* Maintain organized supplier invoices, authorization letters, product documentation, and compliance records.
* Ensure listings and business practices comply with Amazon policies.
* Immediately report serious account risks or potential suspension issues.
### Amazon Advertising and Promotions
* Monitor Amazon PPC campaigns and basic advertising performance.
* Review search-term reports, keyword performance, advertising cost of sales, and return on advertising spend.
* Identify irrelevant or unprofitable search terms and recommend negative keywords.
* Coordinate coupons, promotions, pricing updates, and deals.
* Work with the owner or advertising specialist to improve campaign profitability.
### Financial Monitoring and Reimbursements
* Review Amazon settlement reports, fees, refunds, chargebacks, and deductions.
* Identify possible FBA reimbursement opportunities involving lost, damaged, or incorrectly received inventory.
* Open and follow up on reimbursement cases.
* Monitor storage fees, return fees, fulfillment fees, and other Amazon charges.
* Prepare clear reports identifying financial discrepancies and recommended actions.
### Reporting and Business Improvement
* Provide daily or weekly reports covering:
* Sales and revenue
* Advertising performance
* Inventory levels
* Account health
* Returns and customer complaints
* Open Seller Support cases
* Listing problems
* Reimbursements
* Recommended actions
* Maintain organized trackers using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
* Identify opportunities to increase sales, reduce costs, improve listings, and prevent operational issues.
* Create and document standard operating procedures for recurring Amazon tasks.
* Provide proactive updates rather than waiting to be asked.
## Required Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience.
* Experience managing an Amazon store with FBA and, preferably, FBM products.
* Strong understanding of Amazon listings, flat files, variations, inventory, orders, returns, and account health.
* Experience opening and resolving Amazon Seller Support cases.
* Familiarity with Amazon advertising, keyword research, and listing optimization.
* Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with limited supervision.
* Reliable computer, stable high-speed internet connection, and backup internet or power solution.
* Ability to protect confidential company, supplier, customer, and financial information.

## Work Schedule
